Important Note:
EMI payment options also available online via credit card only. The same could be subject to transaction charges. Cash deposit in our office, our staff & direct cash deposit in any of Company Bank Account must be less than Rs. 1,99,000/-. For any clarification, you must call the undersigned before depositing in our Bank Account as there is a penalty u/s 271DA of the IT Act.
The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
- Booking within 15 days of travel date
Pay 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at the time of booking. Any amendment or cancelation made by the traveler would be chargeable as per the cancellation policy.
- Booking between 15 to 30 days of travel date
Pay 75% of the tour package cost/tour components costs at the time of booking. Any amendment or cancelation made by the traveler would be chargeable as per the cancellation policy. Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
-Booking more than 30 days of travel date
Pay booking amount minimum of 25% per person of the total tour package cost at the time of booking. Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler ld be chargeable as per cancellation policy. Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share the package with you.
Package cost is calculated on the basis of a minimum of 02 adults traveling together and sharing one double room. 3rd person who shares the bed will be charged as an extra person. Hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original to be produced r at the time of Check-in at the Hotel / Resort.
Cancellation Policy:
Advance booking amount of 100% will forfeit.
If cancellation time not less than 45 days prior to departure: 20% of total package cost + cancellation charges of flight ticket and hotel booking amount.
If cancellation time not less than 45 to 30 days prior to departure: 25% of total package cost + cancellation charges of flight ticket and hotel booking amount.
If cancellation time not less than 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 35% of total package cost + cancellation charges of flight ticket and hotel booking amount.
If cancellation time not less than15 to 10 days prior to departure: 45% of total package cost + cancellation charges of flight ticket and hotel booking amount.
If cancellation time not less than 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour package cost.
If passengers denied entry to board the flight due to a personal health condition then the entire package amount shall be forfeited.
The booking will proceed after the advance payment realization into the account.
