Q2. Is it very cold in Ladakh?

Ans. Yes, it’s very cold, extremely cold. So it is advisable that you wear 

warmers inside because Ladakh winters are extremely cold.

Q3. Will there be any lack of oxygen in Ladakh?

Ans: Anybody who is traveling 10,000 above sea level will find difficulty in breathing 

It happens due to a low level of atmospheric oxygen.

Q4. Who Will I Meet on My Arrival at the Airport?

Ans  You will be greeted by our representative at the airport on your arrival. He shall be holding a placard of your name 

     for identification.

Q5.  What kind of transport will be provided for a tour of this package?

Ans. The traveler will be provided with the Non AC Vehicle transport for their tour.

Q6. Is Airfare included in this package?

Ans. Yes airfare is included in this package but airfare in this Package is Calculated at 

     Rs.8000 Per Person. Any increase in Airfare To be Paid Extra.

Q7. Which meals are included in this amount of Package?

Ans. The Package includes an AP meal plan.

Q8. What is the advance payment to book this package?

Ans. Our deposit is 20% of the total cost of your holiday, which needs to be paid at the time of 

     confirming your holiday. 

Q9.  Are there any ATM’s in Leh?

Ans. ATM is available only in Leh, Manali, and Srinagar.

Q12. What is the best time for the festival in Ladakh?

Ans. The Ladakh festival is held in the month of September 1-15 in Ladakh and its neighboring areas. The festival takes place for 15 days.

Q15. Can I  request an extra bed for a third person in a double room and at what costs?

Ans. Yes, you can request at the time of booking and the price will be calculated in triple sharing basis of package.

Q16. Is this package is valid for a solo person?

Ans. No, this package is not for a solo person but if you want to book this package then the price of the hotel's room 

     is calculated as single sharing and the price will go up for this package.

Q17. If I Come Across Any Problem During My Trip, How Would You Help Me?

Ans. We provide truly 24 X 7 assistance. You will always have someone to assist you even at any point in time. We shall also give you mobile nos. of executives who you may call in case of any need.

Q18. What is the child policy of the hotel?

Ans. Below 12 years can stay with parents free of cost. The kids can stay in the same room with the parents without any additional charges. In case an extra bed is required, that would be on an additional charge. 

Q19.  How many people are required to book this package?

Ans.  Minimum 2 people are required to book this package.

Q20. Which is the ideal time to visit Ladakh?

Ans. The best time to visit Ladakh is between May and September when the weather is the warmest. Ladakh doesn't experience rain 

like elsewhere in India, so the monsoon season is the perfect time to travel to Leh.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND TERMS

Booking Procedure :- 

1.     (Booking Hold Amount) PAY RS.20, 000 or 20 % of the total amount which is higher.

In order to process the booking, we would need Rs.20, 000 / or 20 % of the total amount as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway .For Flight booking we need full payment of flight or in some case we can issue the flights with cancellation charges. Rest amount can be paid within 1-2 days only in that case in which customer buying full package from us.

2.     Booking Confirmation Amount: (PAY 30% OF THE REMAINING AMOUNT).

After getting the availability from the hotel / Flights / Transport etc you will be informed via email / Phone, Then you need to make the 30% of remaining payments which can be made within 1-2 days through Net banking, Bank Transfers (Cash) or Cheque in our Bank.

If due to non-availability of hotel we can offer other similar hotel category option or we will give full refund to customer with the applicable interest of bank.

3.     Full Balance Amount (30 days before Travel)

Remaining amount needs to be furnished 30 days before the travel. In case of urgent bookings, it depends on the nature of bookings. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail / Phone call.

4.     Invoice and Vouchers

Your total Bill Receipt & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 3-10 days before the actual Travel.

 IMPORTANT NOTES :-

Ø   The rate of exchange prevailing on the day of final payment will apply.

Ø  Passport should be valid for up to six months from the date of return.

Ø  Timings and schedules will be subject to change without notice.

Ø  Baggage allowed is 1 medium sized suitcase and one handbag per person.

Ø  All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Ø  Rates/itineraries/payment terms as per present RBI regulations and are subject to change without any prior notice.

Ø  Above is a tentative proposed itinerary. Final itinerary will be given after confirmation of the tour programmed.

Ø  The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above an alternate hotel will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.
