1. Booking Hold Amount:
   To initiate your booking, a token amount of ?20,000 or 20% of the total package cost (whichever is higher) is required. Payment can be made via our secure payment gateway.

   ???? For flight bookings, full payment is required in advance or partially with applicable cancellation terms.

2. Booking Confirmation Amount (30%):
   After confirmation of hotel/flights/transport availability, you will be informed via phone or email. You must then pay 30% of the remaining amount within 1–2 working days.

3. Balance Payment:
   The remaining balance must be cleared 30 days prior to travel. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required immediately based on availability.

4. Invoice & Travel Vouchers:
   All confirmed bookings will be acknowledged via email. Your final invoice and travel vouchers will be shared 3–10 days before travel.
