Bathinda Airport is located in the city near the village of Virk Kalan Bhatinda, Punjab, India. It is a civil enclave at the Bhisiana Air Force Station of the Indian Air Force. The domestic air terminal is being built near the village. The Airport operates under Airport Authority of India (AAI). The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has constructed the Bathinda Civil Enclave on 42 acres of land owned by Indian Air Force. The Airport has a 9,200 ft long runway.
